1 Cup Flour Blend
2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Around 1/4 Cup Miniature Chocolate Chips
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
1/3 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 Cup Prune Puree
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
3/4 Cup Purple Puree
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Water

Baking Steps:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt the butter and chocolate chips together in a saucepan for 15 seconds, stir it once and heat it again for 20 seconds.
Remove from heat and let it cool for a little while.
In another bowl, stir together the pureed prune, vanilla, purple puree, sugar and 1 tablespoon water.
Using another mixing bowl, stir together the dry ingredients and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Add this to the chocolate mixture and blend thoroughly.
Use ice cream scoop that measures 3 tables spoon to fill the paper liners with the cupcake batter. Ensure that the liners are not over filled. to 2/3 full is preferred in order to avoid spilling
Bake the batter for 23 to 25 minutes until fully cooked. You can test the cupcake by inserting a toothpick in the center and when it comes out clean then thats good to go.
Allow the cupcakes to cool down on a wire rack before putting the frosting that you prefer.

Frosting your cupcakes is optional; you may simply dust it with some powdered sugar or leave it plain.
